Availability
Sandler Hudson Gallery is a retail contemporary art gallery. The 2,100 sq. ft. gallery with 800 sq. ft. roof top deck is available for rentals after 5:30 PM Monday through Saturday. Sandler Hudson Gallery is only responsible for the rental of its space and kitchen. All art exhibitions will be left intact for the event.

Number of Persons

Maximum Capacity: 100-150. Seated Dinner: 80 persons maximum in the large gallery.

Cost

Weekday rentals are $1,000.00 for a 3 hour period, each additional hour is $100.

Weekend rentals are $1,500.00 for a 3 hour period, each additional hour is $100.
50% is due with application. A security deposit of $250.00 must be made by the client. It will be returned upon inspection of the gallery by a Sandler Hudson Gallery staff member.

One member of the Sandler Hudson Gallery staff is required to stay on the premises for the event and cleanup. This staff member will be compensated by being paid $20.00 per hour by rentee. This amount is not included in the rental fee.

Method
A 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable. The balance of the rental fee and all other charges will be due the date of rental. Sandler Hudson Gallery will accept American Express, Mastercard, or Visa All checks are to be made payable to:

Parking
Sandler Hudson Gallery has parking on and near the premises. Valets are at the rentees expense.

Alcohol Consumption:
Alcohol may be served at Sandler Hudson Gallery. Bartenders must be professional and obey the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages as well as be responsible for bringing bottles and glasses to the outside trash bin.

Available Equipment
The Sandler Hudson Gallery has minimal kitchen equipment:
- a refrigerator with freezer,
- one compartment sink
- small microwave
- 5 Disc CD Player

Sandler Hudson Gallery has a limited area for food preparation; fully catered and delivered food is optimal.

Event Planner / Caterer Responsibilities
The event planner/caterers working at Sandler Hudson Gallery must have copies of their business licenses, certificates of insurance, and proof of workman's compensation on file with Sandler Hudson Gallery.

On the days that Sandler Hudson Gallery is open, event planner/caterers may begin setting up until 5:00 p.m. Exceptions will be considered. Event planner/caterers are responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading all their goods.

All rented items or delivered goods (alcohol, flowers, video equipment, etc.) must be signed for by the rentee or event planner/caterer.

Caterers are to provide all necessary tools such as trash bags, can openers, foil, pots, towels, dish detergent, knives, and other supplies necessary to carry out their duties. Sandler Hudson Gallery cannot provide any of the above items.

All floors must be swept .

All garbage must be disposed of in dumpsters located in the back parking lot.

House Rules
There can be absolutely nothing hung, nailed, or taped to the walls of Sandler Hudson Gallery without the permission of gallery personnel.

All publicity concerning Sandler Hudson Gallery must be approved by Sandler Hudson.

Smoking is not allowed inside the gallery or on the roof top.

In the event of any damages occurring to any artwork or to the physical condition of any and all public space within Sandler Hudson Gallery itself (walls), the rentee will be held soley responsible and will be billed accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to scratches, nicks, breaks, or marks of any kind and electrical current overload.
