I consider the picture plane a place where one can travel; it can be a freeing or restricting space. By letting the medium drip or run, I give a feeling of nostalgia for a time gone by or in comment of time passing. Being interested in how memories transport one into and beyond the cultural and demographic references that assist in constructing ones view of the world.
